A University of Florida graduate, with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications and a minor in Spanish, Ilene is currently an Assistant Media Planner at West Wayne Advertising Agency in Tampa, Florida.  Photography has been a passion of hers for as long as she can remember.  It flourished while in high school, when she was selected for an elite photography apprenticeship with the Pittsburgh Filmmakers, and continued while she was the photography editor of her high school literary magazine.  Her experience also includes photographing brochures for a Dental Office in South Florida, as well as being the two-time winner of the International Studies Abroad photography contest.  Ilene loves finding the beauty in nature and people and capturing it on film.  She has traveled extensively throughout Europe, including her studying in Seville, Spain during her junior year at the University of Florida.  She returned to Madrid after graduation, having become fluent in Spanish, and had the opportunity to take photographs of amazing architecture, people, traditions, and landscapes.  Ilene is happy to be in Tampa working in a creative industry.
