Alexander Hammer was born in Manhattan, New York and raised in Gainesville, Florida. He graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Arts & Sciences and Fine Arts, having also attended New York University and the University of Florida in the realms of Fine Arts and Visual Effects in the course of his studies. 

Hammer’s works have been showcased in numerous exhibitions and art shows, winning “Best in Show,” in both Digital Arts and Ceramic Sculpture, recognizing a couple of his many talents.  He currently works as an Art Director/Cinematographer and Animator/Illustrator, in addition to his constant involvement in film production, for a digital media company that produces interactive course materials.  Additionally, he is now pursuing his Master of Fine Arts in Film & Visual Effects at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Alexander is a Producer with Life Is My Movie Entertainment.  He worked as an Associate Producer on the company’s last film, Little Men, scheduled for release February 2005.
