Christopher has worked as a musician, producer, and sound engineer on a number of productions, including - Broadway-reading: City Center Encores! ® Great American Musicals in Concert-On a Clear Day You Can See Forever. Off-Broadway: Beautiful Warrior (Vineyard Theatre), Bonnie and Clyde-Equity Showcase (The Culture Project/45 Bleeker), National Alliance for Musical Theatre-Festival of New Musicals (John Houseman Theatre), Surviving Grace (Union Street Theatre), This Thing of Darkness (Atlantic Theatre). Regional: Big Stinkin’ International Improv Festival (Paramount Theatre), C.M. Phillips Center-visiting National Tours: Alvin Alley Dance Theatre, West Side Story, etc…, Twinspeak (2003 San Francisco Fringe Festival), Walt Disney Entertainment: Beauty and the Beast, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, and The Little Mermaid. Universal Studios: The Barney Show. Composer–stage: The Naked Family, To Live or Die, and Orestes. Composer-film: Potato Sac (with composer, Michael Cochran). Mr. Eickmann received his Master of Fine Arts degree from the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing program at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts (Cycle X). Christopher has had the great opportunity to study within colloquiums/workshops lead by Lynn Ahrens, William Finn, Stephen Flaherty, and Alan Menken. He was a New Writer’s Resident at Goodspeed Musicals and is the Resident Composer and Musical Director at Lila Theatre. He is a recipient of the T.S.O.A. Grad Scholarship and is a member of A.S.C.A.P., T.B.A., and G.A.N.G. He is currently writing lyrics and music for Journeys and Lulu, A Rock Opera.
